What Personal Information Do We Collect? We do not collect any Personal Information on download of App. Your privacy settings on your Facebook or other social media accounts will determine the personal and other information that may be shared with us when you access App.
Personal Information You Provide Us. We may store any information you provide us including your name, email, phone number and address. You can choose not to provide us with certain information.
Children’s Privacy Issues. We do not intend to and do not want to collect any information from children under the age of 13. Any use of App by children under the age of 13 is not permitted, even under the supervision of a parent and guardian. If we learn that a user under 13 years of age has submitted personally identifiable information online, we will take reasonable measures to delete such information from our database and to not use such information for any purpose except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required by law.

Communication About App. You may receive communications from us, whether by email or other means that we determine to relate to your use of App.

However, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded due to the operation of applicable laws, Kanimedia Inc. excludes all liability (including in negligence) for the consequences of any unauthorised access to your personal information. Please notify Kanimedia Inc. immediately if you become aware of any breach of security. Kanimedia Inc. may store your files in hard copy or electronically in our ordinary IT systems. These may include cloud servers or the servers of third parties. Kanimedia Inc. implements a range of physical and electronic security measures to protect the personal information that we hold, including: Mandatory password protection on all computers (users are required to change their passwords at regular intervals); Hardware encryption on desktops, laptops and portable storage devices; Secure hard copy document, electronic storage media and hardware disposal procedures; Firewall and antivirus/malware software; and Systems and application access controls implemented to restrict access to information (on a need to know basis). Kanimedia Inc. also has a regular review program to test the security measures in place.
